• Boatsheds for stowing dinghies and speedboats (under 20 ft).
• Hard standing for motor and sailing boats on cradles and trailers.
• Outboard motor storage.
• Workshop.
• Battery charging shop.
• Boat towing (four wheel drive tractor) for launching and recovery.
